Delivery Policy
Our current delivery partner for shipping is the Royal Mail
All orders placed from Monday to Friday by 4pm are shipped on the same day.
Cost of delivery service is calculated at the checkout based on the order weight, size, your address, and the postal option you have chosen.
Deliveries are based on working days therefore any orders placed on Friday before 4pm for “next day” services will arrive latest on Monday.
Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday.
Bank Holiday orders are shipped the following working day.
Delivery Times And Costs
Shipping rates vary across the globe and will be calculated at checkout based on the order weight, your address and the shipping option chosen.
Royal Mail Services we use are:
Royal Mail Tracked24
The delivery dates are estimated and Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 24 items the next working day, however they can take up to 2 days
Tracked 24 Large Thin Letter: £4
Tracked 24 Parcel Size Packages: £6
Royal Mail Next Day 1pm Delivery Service: from £9 to £11 (Depending on size and weight.)
Royal Mail International Track & Signer for Delivery Service: from £14 to £25.
From your Order Basket, you will get a choice of delivery service which will automatically calculate the cost of the parcel for you based on the weight, width of the package and delivery address provided.
Custom Taxes And Other Fees
International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and other fees. These charges are not the responsibility of Merlin Lash and Beauty Ltd. The customer will be liable to pay in full. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the potential charges and organise payment for any customs, taxes, and other fees incurred prior to receiving the goods.
Occasionally packages can get held in customs for further checks, neither us nor the courier has any control over the timescale of this.
Lost Packages

Royal Mail advise that packages are seen as lost when 13 working days have gone past from the expected delivery date. If you are concerned your package is lost, please do let us know via email below or our WhatsApp messaging platform. Please note, we are only able to take the matter further and make a claim with Royal Mail when the 13 days is up or latest within 80 days. .

Damaged Packages
In the event that your package is damaged/open upon delivery and items are either missing or broken, please hold onto the packaging. We would need you to provide photographic evidence of the damage for Merlin Lash and Beauty Ltd. to be able to submit a claim form with our delivery partner. If you cannot provide us with this evidence then we will be unable to replace or refund your items.
Returns Policy
Terms and Conditions Of Supply And Refund Policy
We do our absolute best to provide you with the highest quality products and services, delivered with care and skill, and we check all products before they are shipped out of the warehouse.
If a delivery has been damaged in transit, is faulty, there are products missing or you have received the wrong products in error, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days of receiving the parcel on helpme@merlinlashandbeauty.com
In the email please list:
Your full name
Telephone number
Date of the order
Order number
Description of the issue and with what products from the order it is relating to.
We will contact you to discuss the matter and find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement product upon the return of the faulty product or other.
We will cover the postal cost only when there has been fault with the product or a product has been missed from the order. We require the postal receipt sent to us with the goods and above information stated in the initial communication.
Right To Cancel
When you receive your order, as per the Distance Selling Directive, you have 14 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened, and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Merlin Lash and Beauty Ltd. They must be sent to us via recorded or trackable postal service. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods or for the original shipping fee paid from the order being returned. Any free gifts sent must be returned at the same time.
Providing you have complied with the above, upon receipt of your returned products we will provide you with either a credit note or a refund for the price of the products, excluding any delivery charges.
Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue and may only be used towards the purchase of other products from us.
Regulations state for orders over £42 Customers have:
14 days after item received to cancel.
14 days to return after notifying desire to cancel.
14 days to receive refund after item received by seller.
30 days to notify non-receipt of delivery.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Failed Delivery Attempt
Where our delivery partner has been unable to deliver goods through no fault of the courier (ie you are not in or have entered the wrong address etc.) and is subsequently returned to us, we will not refund for shipping and the cost incurred to us for the courier returning the goods will be deducted from any refunds. Where the goods are to be sent out again a shipping charge will apply again.
