An excellent prep is your key to retention.
Pre-treatment is a must-do step; it cleans, degreases and sanitises natural lashes so we have a perfect surface for the adhesive to go on.
This lash cleansing pre treatment can and should be used on all clients, as it is not the same as primer and will not affect the work of adhesive (meaning it will not speed up or slow down the curing process of the glue).
It is a PH neutral product and one which has had a very good impact on Merlin’s own clients’ lash extensions retention. This lash cleansing added an extra weeks’ improvement for all clients since Merlin started using this product with them, and now it is available for you to try out on your clients.
All you need to do is use a microbrush with a little bit of product on it and go over the natural lashes. Use this method during full set preparation and also at the infill appointment. During lash infill remove the outgrown lashes and follow the same process as with a full set, and then continue to apply new lashes.
