0.03 Mega Volume Lashes are often used to create larger lash fans that give us the Mega Volume look as the lash strands are as light as a feather. This means we can get a lot of them in one lash fan. Up to an 18D lash fan can be created with these mega volume lashes (The most you would usually use is 10 to 13 lash strands in the fan). As a result of being such fine lashes, a 5D fan of 0.03 is equivalent to the same weight as one 0.06 thickness lash extension. This will help with a client who has incredibly fine natural lashes, or if their lashes have been damaged with visible gaps and need lash rehab to build while the natural lashes grow back into healthy and strong lashes.
