Jolanta is from Lithuania but has become an honorary Geordie having been living in Newcastle for 14 years, so much so that her own lash business is the brilliantly named ‘WeyEyelashes’. Jolanta has been a lash artist for over 11 years and holds certificates in Classic, Volume, Mega volume, Coloured lashes, Creative effects and many more from the UK, Lithuania and also Russia, having participated in many online webinars with famous Russian eyelash technicians.

Jolanta met Merlin at one of her workshops and, after being asked to become a Lash trainer for MLAB, she has been doing excellent job training many lash students since starting her trainer journey.
She says: “I love meeting and training budding eyelash fairies in new skills. It’s great seeing someone who has never touched a pair of tweezers grow in confidence every single time they do a set of lashes.”

“Every progress photo they send makes me feel so proud as I feel I have helped them through that and its amazing seeing someone go from shaky-handed newbie to an absolute badass lash guru!”

“That’s what I strive for every single time, there’s just no ‘I can’t do it’ attitude here! We can do anything, absolutely anything we set our minds to!” Jolanta is passionate about fitness and took up powerlifting two years ago. A mother of three, Jolanta speaks four languages and – she says proudly – can also do the splits. “I know, these are not very useful skills,” she says, “but they get me through life every day. I’m a people person, so I absolutely cannot wait to meet you all and I am always at the end of the message for support, advice or questions.”
