Accredited Classic Eyelash Extensions Course
Accredited 1-day Classic Lash Extensions Course covers everything you need to know about individual eyelash extensions. You will learn how to apply simple and effective 1 to 1 eyelash technique including safety and aftercare. The comprehensive individual classic lash course consists of both theory and practical sessions. This course is step one and will give you the confidence and ability to qualify as a proficient Eyelash Extension Technician in individual lash extensions.
The course is put together and run in London or the Isle of Wight by International Lash Artist Merlin Callaghan – or The Lash Wizard as she is called today – based on her years of experience and passion in the lash industry, or by one of her trainers situated across the country. The course is regularly updated to ensure students receive training on the most recent and innovative eyelash application techniques. We provide ongoing mentoring, access to trainers as you progress on your lash journey, the best student kit, and certificates on the completion of case studies.

HOW LONG ARE THE LASH EXTENSION COURSES?
The length of the course is one day from 9am – 5pm.
Lunch is included and we can move the start and finish time where required.
GROUP SIZE FOR LASH EXTENSION COURSES
All lash extension courses are kept to groups of 1-4 people, to make sure each student has support throughout the day to make sure you have clear understanding and ability to apply lashes by the end of the individual classic lash extensions course.
Post course training keeps guiding you with case studies and guidance notes to make sure you get all the support you need to grow into a confident lash artist.
DO I NEED TO BRING A MODEL?
We understand that often students would like to have their friend or family member as a model and we welcome you to bring them along for the duration of the practical time.
We are also always able to find models for the training day, so just let us know at the time of booking.
PRICES FOR LASH EXTENSION COURSES
The course is priced at £497 and includes the best Merlin Lash And Beauty student kit (RRP £160). In the kit you are provided with everything required to start out in lash extensions, to complete 7 case studies and more.
You will receive a detailed manual to take home with you.
You will be provided with refreshments and a sandwich for lunch on the day.
Beginner level training on knowledge of lash extensions and application of lashes.
Case study review and feedback.
Ongoing support post-course.

2 Day Straight To Russian Volume Extensions Beginners Course
2-day course where you will learn how to create volume extensions, from 2D to 5D extensions. This course is suitable for complete beginners or Classic Lash Extension trained students who feel they would benefit from the 2-day Russian Volume training to become a confident lash artist in new Russian Volume technique.
On the lash course you will learn a number of fan making techniques developed by Merlin and the MLAB team to create the fine and fluffy lash fans, applying them to natural lashes and creating beautiful lash looks. The comprehensive beginner’s volume lash course consists of both theory and practical sessions. Disclaimer for complete beginners for this course:
Should the trainer recognise on the 2nd day that student requires more time to learn to produce small lash fans and place them to natural lashes, the trainer reserves the right to move the student to Classic lash extensions application. The student would therefore be required to do 7 case studies of Classic Lash Extensions and will be issued with the Classic Lash Course certificate on completion of case studies.
The student is then welcomed and invited back to redo the Russian Volume 1 day course at a later date at the discounted price of £450, which will include the student kit.
We do recognise each student is different. There are students who pick lash extensions up very quickly. However, we also recognise that applying lashes is very skilled work and therefore our professional recommendation is wherever possible to start with the Classic Lash Extensions Course. This will allow you to build a very good foundation to your skill of lash extensions, and then take the next step to our Russian Volume Lash Extensions Course.
Accredited Russian Volume Extensions Lash Course
Russian Volume Extensions lash course is suitable for Classic Lash extensions trained students or students who have previously trained in Russian Volume Extensions.
This course will help you to learn new skills and perfect those skills, focusing on new techniques in Russian Volume, mapping and face studies.
We will also answer questions you had left open from your Classic Lash Course where required, or if you have attended Russian Volume training elsewhere and require more support to master it.

Creative Effect Textured Lashes Workshop
Designed for the trained lash artist on different levels who are looking to advance their skills in specific areas. Each workshop we offer is very detailed and comes with a manual and kit to support the training undertaken.
Currently we are offering:
Creative Effect Textured Lashes Workshop
Also referred to KIM K, Feathery Look, Wispy Look and the latest trend from Russia called Wet Lash Look.
- You will learn:
How to create the spikes. - How to pick the right size spikes.
- Which curls to use.
- Which lengths to use.
- How to place across the eye so the spikes show and not disappear.
We will talk about:
- Direction and distance.
- How to get those inner corners.
- How to attach lashes either very curly or less curly.
We will cover:
- Duplication and layering.
- How to pick up glue, how much, and how to dip it.
- Taping methods and colour spikes in sets.
Mapping:
- 9 or 10 bespoke looks and lengths and curls with detailed explanations.
- How to do infills for these types of sets.
Tools
- Which tools to use to raise your lash game.

Salon Training
Salon training is for those salons who are looking to bring in a new, lucrative service of Lash Extensions to their salon menu.
We are vastly experienced lash trainers, delivering lash extension courses and will make sure your team have exceptional training on the day. We do everything in our power to make sure your team will be knowledgeable and confident at offering lash extensions treatment in your salon after completing lash extension courses with us.
Training will be delivered by Merlin Callaghan, The Lash Wizard, or one of our magical MLAB lash trainers who are fully accredited and insured to deliver lash extension courses.
International Lash Artist Training
Merlin Callaghan, The Lash Wizard, loves lashes and loves travelling. If you would like her to visit and conduct training in collaboration, please get in touch and let us know your requirements and we can organise lash extension courses in your location.

Mentoring is a valuable form of lash training and growth opportunity for you to build further on certain aspects of your lash extensions and business skills.
By communicating with you we will develop an understanding of precisely what support you need.
A lot of time goes into researching and programming each mentoring session as they are bespoke; built just for you ahead of the actual training day. They will be a tailored, personal, detailed programme exactly for your requirements, needs and what you are looking to achieve.
From experience we can say that having that personalised advice, professional and technical development and an action plan customised to best serve your individual goals is what helps students reach the next stage of their lash career.
Our mentees have gone on to become competition winners, increased their clientele, are able to charge according to their skill, opened their own salons and even become lash extension course trainers in their own right.
Mentoring is available by International Lash Artist Merlin Callaghan or any of the Merlin Lash and Beauty Lash Trainers. Merlin helps to oversee all programmes for mentoring sessions and is always available for further support.
MENTORING PRICES
One Mentee – £90 per hour (for sessions over 3 hours the price will drop to £75 p/h).
Two Mentees in the same session – £100 per hour (for sessions over 4 hours the price will drop to £80 p/h).
*Theory minimum is 2 hours.
*Theory & Practical work minimum is 4 hours.
For mentoring we would recommend 4 to 5 hours to ensure you get the most out of the day.
With practical time we recommend bringing a model or arrange with us to have a model available on the day.
Your mentoring session is all about you, your personalised growth and experience to progress your career in lash extensions.
*Any session over 4 hours includes refreshments, tea, coffee, water etc.
